REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us before sending any item back

To initiate a return, email us at support@velnesto.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@velnesto.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost — no return required.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item and cover all associated costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
